Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CLT Operations application (the "Service") operated by Clemson Little Theatre ("CLT," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

CLT Operations is an internal management platform for Clemson Little Theatre designed to: - Manage participant profiles and contact information - Coordinate show productions, casting, and crew assignments - Schedule and manage auditions - Organize volunteer opportunities and track hours - Handle communications and announcements - Track compliance forms and required documentation - Manage youth protection and guardian relationships

Eligibility

The Service is available to: - Individuals 18 years or older who can form a binding contract - Minors with guardian consent who are participating in CLT programs - Parents/guardians managing accounts for their minor children

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to: - Provide accurate, current, and complete information - Maintain and update your information as needed - Keep your login credentials confidential - Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access - Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Share your account credentials with others - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service - Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers - Collect or harvest information about other users without consent - Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications - Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation - Upload malicious code or content

User Content

You may submit content to the Service, including profile information, photos, and form submissions. You retain ownership of your content but grant CLT a license to use, store, and display it as necessary to operate the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content and that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Youth Protection

CLT is committed to the safety of minors in our programs. By using the Service: - Guardians agree to accurately designate minor participants - Adults working with minors agree to comply with youth protection policies - All users agree to complete required background checks and training as applicable - Users agree to report any concerns about minor safety to CLT leadership

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clemson Little Theatre and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe: - Violates these Terms of Service - Is harmful to other users, CLT, or third parties - Is fraudulent or illegal

You may also request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

CLT is a volunteer-run community theater organization. While we strive to maintain accurate records, we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all information in the Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLT, its officers, directors, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
